Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for pricing errors, stock shortfalls, or suspected fraud, and will refund in full where we do.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We correct obvious pricing errors rather than honouring them.

We describe materials, construction, and country of origin as accurately as we can and update pages as production changes. Colour rendering varies between screens.

Rockvale sells footwear. Nothing we sell is protective armour and no product carries a ballistic rating. Where a product has no stated safety certification, none should be assumed.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and any dispute is heard in the courts of Puerto Rico.
