Returns & exchanges

Boots must be unworn outdoors, free of scuffs and soil, and returned in the original box with all inserts and laces. Boots worn on shift can't be returned for fit, but they are still covered by the defect warranty.

Size and colorway exchanges are processed as a swap rather than a refund and reship, so you keep your place in stock for the size you want.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned pair is inspected.

A defect in materials or workmanship is replaced with a new pair. Send photographs and your order number to support@sprytak.com and we'll start the claim without asking you to ship first.
