Agency & unit ordering
Departments, security firms, federal units and training programs buy from us on purchase orders, with quantity pricing and specification changes handled before production starts.
Who we supply
Municipal and county law enforcement, correctional and court services, campus and hospital police, private security and protective services, military and military-adjacent units, and firearms and tactical training programs. Orders run from a single supervisor kit to a full uniform and duty-gear issue across a department.
Purchase orders
We accept agency purchase orders and net terms on approved accounts. Send the PO number, billing and shipping addresses, the item numbers and sizes, and the delivery date you are working toward. We return a written quote with unit pricing, freight and lead time. W-9, insurance certificates, and vendor onboarding paperwork are supplied on request.
Quantity pricing
Pricing steps down with quantity and is quoted per order rather than published, because uniform programs mix sizes, colorways and customization. Tell us the total count and the size spread you expect and we will price the whole program, not just the line items.
Custom builds
On quantity orders we change colorway, materials, hardware, pocket and placard layout, closure type, sizing range, and applied insignia. Agency name tapes, badge panels, unit patches and embroidered insignia are produced in-house against your artwork. Send a specification or a sample of what your people carry now and we will build to it.
Fitting and sizing support
For issue programs we supply a fit kit of sample sizes before the main order is cut, so your people size themselves rather than guessing off a chart. Size rosters can be submitted as a spreadsheet and we pack and label by name or badge number at no extra charge.
